Past Experience
I’ve worked directly with college student-athletes in a faculty role, guiding them through the unique pressures of balancing academics and athletics. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to build resilience, sustain motivation, and achieve peak performance — lessons I now bring to athletic programs through workshops, keynotes, and summer camp sessions.
